Availability rule

The approved-state intake gate is open across all 50 states. If a request expands beyond one issue, one target, or the current service boundary, we say so plainly before purchase or before work begins.

After mailing, support stays administrative and document-focused: tracking, proof when available, and the next documented step within scope.

Privacy and analytics

Site reporting uses Cloudflare’s built-in analytics rather than a Lucent-hosted dashboard or local collector. We keep the reporting setup simple and host-level.

If more analytics are enabled later, they should stay consistent with the same calm, privacy-conscious approach.
